Slovenia a semnat cu Rusia un acord de participare la South Stream

Documentul a fost semnat de ministrul rus al energiei, Serghei Smatko, si omologul sau sloven, Matej Lahovnik, alaturi de premierii Vladimir Putin si Borut Pahor. Proiectul South Stream, sustinut de Gazprom si grupul italian ENI, ar urma sa aduca gaz rusesc in Europa prin Marea Neagra, ocolind Ucraina.

Cine e mai slab: dolarul sau FMI?

Potrivit statisticilor publicate vineri de Departamentul de Comert al SUA, exporturile pe primele 9 luni din 2009 sunt echivalentul a 10,6 % din PIB, fata de 12,6 % in 2008. Variatiile sezoniere au fost excluse, pour les connaiseurs. Dupa trei trimestre asadar, exportatorii afiseaza valori mai mici cu 19,5 % fata de perioada similara din 2008, astfel ca un dolar slab e un ajutor binevenit pentru economia SUA. Dolarul ieftin aduce competitivitate produselor exportate, iar cei care exporta in SUA sunt pusi intr`o mica dificultate, scrie Dan Popa.

Autoritatile americane au mai inchis in acest final de saptamana inca 3 banci (doua din Florida si una din California), ducand astfel la 123 numarul institutiilor bancare inchise in acest an. Potrivit FDIC, falimentele bancare s-ar putea intinde pana in 2013, costul acestora fiind estimat la 100 de miliarde de dolari.
