Premierul francez Francois Fillon le-a impus bancilor sa-si consolideze fondurile proprii, pentru a face fata riscurilor de pe piata. Recomandarea a fost lansata inca de la summitul G20 de la Pittsburgh, care a avut loc in luna septembrie.
