Disparitia bonusurilor a redus la jumatate salariile unor functionari din bancile romanesti

In foarte multe institutii bancare romanesti, castigul real al salariatilor a scazut in anumite cazuri si cu 50% fata de anul trecut, pe fondul crizei financiare. Comparativ, daca un angajat intr-o banca maricica lua anul trecut in luna mai, vreo 6.300 de lei in mana, in februarie 2009, venitul lui net ajunsese la 3.000 de lei. Si asta nu pentru ca salariul negociat a scazut cu mai bine de jumatate, ci pentru ca au disparut bonusurile de pe fluturasii de salariu. Aproape in fiecare luna, primele si stimulentele pe care banca le acorda, ajungeau sa dubleze salariul angajatului, scrie Dan Popa pe blogul lui.
