Puteam sa imprumutam 100 de miliarde, care ar fi fost o povara grea pentru populatie in urmatoarea perioada si cel mai grav lucru ar fi fost daca am fi angajat un imprumut mai mare", a afirmat, sambata, la Iasi, presedintele Traian Basescu.
