Bancherii consideră că relansarea creditării şi scăderea dobânzilor la împrumuturi se vor produce abia după revenirea economiei, întrucât riscurile aferente finanţărilor sunt ridicate. În plus, băncile se confruntă în prezent cu problema restanţelor, chiar dacă ritmul accelerat de creştere a volumului de întârzieri la rambursarea împrumuturilor s-a mai atenuat în ultimele luni.
