Laszlo Diosi: „În cinci ani, am dezvoltat activitatea de retail de la zero“

OTP Bank Romånia s-a poziţionat pe piaţa autohtonă ca o bancă inovatoare. La cinci ani după intrarea pe piaţa românească, în 2004, prin achiziţionarea ROBank (instituţie ce oferea servicii şi produse dedicate doar segmentului corporate), OTP Bank Romånia este astăzi o bancă universală ce numără 200.000 de clienţi. Dar pentru a obţine acest rezultat şi-a construit practic de la zero divizia de retail şi a lansat în permanenţă servicii şi produse noi, multe în premieră pentru consumatorii români. Succesul nu a venit de la sine, investiţia în educaţia financiară a clienţilor fiind o componentă a strategiei de dezvoltare a băncii.
