Exxon Mobil ar putea fi nevoita sa plateasca o amenda de un miliard de dolari, daca se dovedeste ca "a sabotat" circa 100 de sonde de titei in decursul ultimilor 17 ani, a anuntat General Land Office din Texas, citat de Nasdaq. Compania este acuzata ca a "sabotat intentionat" sonde aflate in districtul Refugio si a publicat rapoarte "false" despre stricaciunile produse.
