Fondul Monetar Internaţional nu ar trebui să ceară teste de stres prea dure pentru băncile din estul Europei, deoarece ar putea forţa marile bănci din Vest să se retragă de pe aceste pieţe, spune directorul financiar al grupului OTP Bank, Laszlo Urban. El consideră că responsabilitatea băncilor centrale este să apere monedele împotriva unei devalorizări importante, care ar afecta portofoliul băncilor.
